The Nike After Dark Tour is a 10K race. The Nike After Dark Tour in Mumbai will be a women-only race. Therefore:
All participants must be familiar with and comply with the Official Event Rules. Non-compliance may result in appropriate action including disqualification.
Decisions of Nike and event officials on all event-related matters are final. Nike and event officials are not required to provide reasons for or provide explanations for such decisions.
No. For safety reasons and due to the technical characteristics of the route including uneven terrain and narrow spaces, this edition of the After Dark Tour does not have the required structural conditions for the safe participation of people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.
Yes, supporters and spectators are welcome to attend and cheer on participants. No supporters/ spectators will be allowed inside the race course. Spectator and cheer zone locations and details will be provided closer to race day.
Participant, staff and spectators’ safety is our priority. The event is expected to proceed as scheduled in the event of weather disturbances. However, in extreme weather conditions, including severe thunderstorms, high winds or other hazardous conditions that may endanger participants, the community, staff or organizers, Nike reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event.
Registration for participation in the Nike After Dark Tour Mumbai will be accepted from 24th August 2026, until slots run out. Once event capacity is reached, registration will close without notice.
The entry fee for the race is INR 2,500 / (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupees Only), inclusive of taxes. Upon payment of the entry fee, each participant will receive a race bib, Nike participant T-shirt, Nike sports bra, race medal and single entry to the post-race concert, subject to completing the race within 2 hours. T-shirt and sports bra sizes are subject to availability, and exchanges will be permitted only if stock is available.
Participants with promo codes are required to enter the promo code during registration, for validation. The promo code will be forfeited if it is not used within the validity period. Each promo code can only be used once.
Yes, but each participant must register individually for the After Dark runs in other locations. Registration is subject to capacity in city and capacity may already be full in participating cities.
Yes. The event has a strict participation capacity, and once the capacity is reached, registration will automatically close.

Participation at the event is, at all times, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the event.
Debit or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and UPI. Cash, cheque or bank transfer payments are not accepted.
Once registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. For the payment receipt, please contact your bank.
Please note that certain personal information (such as participant name or nominated age category) may not be changed once registration has been completed.
Yes. Each participant must read, understand and consent by ticking the checkbox, and sign, the Participant Release during registration. Participants may contact the organizers with any questions. If a participant chooses not to accept the Participant Release, they may decline. However, they will not be permitted to participate in the event.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting any rights that cannot be excluded, all entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. The entry fee will not be refunded if the participant is unable to participate due to personal circumstances (including illness, injury, surgery, scheduling conflicts, or a change of mind), or if the event is postponed, modified, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond Nike’s reasonable control, including extreme weather, public safety concerns, or government directives. Nike is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation expenses in connection with a postponed, modified or cancelled event.
If a participant is unable to participate due to personal circumstances, including illness, injury, surgery, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind, the participant must forfeit their ticket as the entry fees are non – transferable and non – refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws.
General information regarding the event will be made available on the ADT website in the weeks leading up to race day. Additional event communications, including key dates and participant updates, will be sent to the registered participants via their registered email address in the weeks leading up to race day.

The expo and bib collection timings will be communicated to the participants closer to race day. Kindly note that the participants cannot collect their race–day bib on the day of the race. Participants are not allowed to participate in the race without the race–day bib.
Participants’ race-day bibs and event t-shirts can be collected at the expo, which will be held at a venue to be confirmed. Participants are requested to bring their registration confirmation and a valid government photo ID proof, to collect their race pack.
If a registered participant cannot collect their race-day bib and T-shirt, they may nominate another person to collect them on their behalf. The nominated person must provide a copy of the participant’s confirmation email, a handwritten and signed authorization letter, and a copy of the participant’s original government ID proof.
T-shirt and sports bra size changes are subject to availability of stock.
For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, staff and spectators, items that are offensive, dangerous, hazardous, illegal, or that Nike reasonably considers could be used as a weapon or compromise safety at the venue, are not permitted

Yes, there will be a complimentary bra fitting service at the expo.
Yes. There will be After Dark Tour apparel along with other Nike products at the Nike After Dark Tour Mumbai expo.
Event sponsors will be updated closer to race day. Any samples, giveaways, freebies, products, services, offers, vouchers, food, beverages or other items provided by event partners, sponsors, vendors or third parties are provided directly by the relevant third party and are accepted and used by participants entirely at their own discretion and risk. Nike does not make any representation or warranty regarding such third-party items, including their quality, safety, suitability, availability or compliance with applicable law, and Nike shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, allergic reaction, illness, expense or other consequence arising from the acceptance, use, non-use, consumption or reliance on such third-party items, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Yes, a baggage drop service will be available for participants to store their belongings. Participants can use the baggage drop service at their own risk. Please ensure to carry a zipped/locked, distinguishable bag as it will be brought to post race venue in a truck. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nike is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or misplacement of items left at the baggage drop. Baggage will be available at the finish line no earlier than three hours after the race start time.
Baggage drop services will close 30 minutes before the race start time. Baggage may be collected 3 hours after the race starts.

A large number of participants are expected at the start line. Participants are requested to allow extra time and be patient and courteous with fellow runners and event staff. Useful tips:
Participants will be allocated a start wave based on the finish time nominated during the registration. Waves will depart in staggered intervals to ensure space on course. Participants must arrive at the race start point at least 60 minutes before the race begins. A participant’s personal race time starts once the participant crosses the timing mat, also referred to as a mat start.
Yes, there will be different waves designated according to the estimated finish time as submitted at the time of registration.
During the race bib pickup, participants will receive a bracelet indicating their respective wave.
Participants who do not start within 30 minutes of their designated race start time will be disqualified and, for safety reasons, may not be permitted to start.

Participants are requested to complete the back of their race bib with important information, including emergency contact details, allergies, medical conditions, and current medications. This is essential for first aid teams in case of an emergency. Participants should ensure that they have reviewed the baggage drop guidelines and have dropped their bag off, prior to arriving at the start line.
Participants are requested to wear their race bib on the race day. Participants will not be allowed to run the race or attend the post-race celebration without their race bib.
Standard and accessible portable toilet facilities will be available at the start area. Due to the high volume of participants, there may be queues, so participants are recommended to use the restroom at home before heading out and allowing extra time for a bathroom stop, if needed.
No, there will not be a designated warm up zone, so participants are encouraged to warm-up on their own before the race.

While participants are required to select a certain pace during the time of registration, to experience the whole racecourse over the 10k journey, participants must complete the course within two hours.
Yes. Nike Pacers will support a range of target finish times. Whether participants are a first-time runner or aiming for the next milestone finish time/personal best, there will be a pacer option for all.
Pacers will be easily identifiable by flags displaying target finish times.
In the unlikely event that the route needs to be modified, participants will be informed by course marshals and updated signage on the day of the race. Any significant changes will also be communicated via the registered email as soon as possible.
Participants must comply with all event signage, symbols, and directions relating to the course and facilities, as well as all instructions from course marshals and Event officials. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Participant safety and wellbeing is paramount. If the participant requires to withdraw from the race, please notify the nearest marshal or member of the medical team as soon as possible. Course marshals and mobile medics will be on patrol along the course and will assist participants, including helping them to reach the finish line safely, if required.
Redirection points will be in place along the course. At these points, participants who are behind the cut-off pace may be redirected for safety reasons. Course marshals will be stationed at each point to assist.
The starting waves are planned to avoid overcrowding during the race so everyone can have a great experience.
Yes, participants may wear headphones but are advised to keep the volume low enough to hear course marshals, safety announcements, and fellow runners.
No, dogs and other animals are not permitted on the course for safety reasons.
No, there are no prizes for winners of the race.
Whilst costumes are permitted, offensive clothing, signage or accessories and clothing, signage or accessories with unauthorised commercial or promotional content are strictly prohibited. This includes clothing, signage or accessories with:
Participants in breach may be disqualified and/or removed from the course at the discretion of race officials. Security and event organisers have the right to refuse entry on the basis of a participant wearing or carrying any items of clothing, signage or accessories deemed offensive, dangerous, hazardous, illegal, or that Nike reasonably considers could be used as a weapon or compromise safety.

Event medical personnel may also examine any participant who appears to be in distress. If authorized medical personnel determine, in their sole opinion, that removal is in the participant’s best interests for health or welfare reasons, they may remove the participant from the event. Participants should continue moving through the finish chute to support runner flow and recovery. Participants are requested to join the after-race celebration upon completion of the race.
All participants and spectators are advised to take local transportation such as local taxis, private taxi service, local buses and trains.
Participants will receive information regarding their race results 3 days after race day. Official finishing times for all runners are based on chip time/net time, measured from when the runner crosses the start line until they cross the finish line. Decisions of Nike and event officials regarding official finishing times are final and binding on participants.
No. There is no official After Dark Tour app. All participants must visit the Nike After Dark website for all key event updates and information. Additionally, participants are requested to check their registered email address for further communication.
Yes. Official race photographers will be on course and at the finish line.
Information relating to accessing race photography will be updated on the event website closer to race day.
A lost and found service will be available at the baggage drop area at the venue. However, Nike does not accept responsibility for lost items or provide any assurance that lost items will be recovered.
Bag collection is located at the end of the race. Baggage will reach the finish location 3 hours after the race start time.

No, the post–race celebration is reserved for registered race participants only. Friends and family will not be allowed to attend post-race celebrations.
The Nike Run Club App has everything a participant needs to start running, keep running, and prepare for the Nike After Dark Tour Mumbai. Participants are encouraged to download the app to access the official Nike After Dark Tour training plan.
The event will have adequate lighting, and Mumbai Police authorities (Law & Order and Traffic) will be stationed throughout the race course to support participants' safety.
The safety staff will communicate all relevant safety instructions and event updates to participants via their registered email addresses and, where applicable, through WhatsApp, subject to the participant’s consent to receive communications from Nike. The safety of the participants, staff and spectators is a top priority for Nike.
